As a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor , you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our restaurant, driving sales, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
1.Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high standards in all areas. 2.Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure a motivated and high-performing team. 3.Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling complaints, greeting guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience. 4.Financial Management: Monitor and control inventory, manage budgets, and oversee cash handling and financial transactions. 5.Quality Control: Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and health regulations.
