A. Job summary

As a Front Office Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional assistance. You will handle a variety of administrative and guest service tasks, helping to create a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

B. Responsibilities

1.Guest Reception: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and out, and provide a friendly and efficient service throughout their stay. 2.Reservations: Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. 3.Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel and local area, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. 4.Communication: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations. 5.Billing and Payments: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. 6.Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining guest records. 7.Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests by adhering to security procedures and protocols. Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
