Contract nature: One Year renewable depending on performance and availability of budget.
1.Perform various manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. 2.Operate construction machinery and equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts. 3.Assist in the building and assembling of structures, including framing, roofing, and drywall installation. 4.Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. 5.Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. 6.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. 7.Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. 8.Help with site preparation and cleanup.
1.High school diploma or equivalent. 2.Previous experience in construction or a related field. 3.Ability to operate construction machinery and tools. 4.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. 5.Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. 6.Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. 7.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
