We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Patient Care Assistant will provide essential support to nursing staff and deliver high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Contract nature: One Year renewable depending on performance and availability of budget.
1.Patient Assistance: Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. 2.Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record patients’ vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. 3.Medical Support: Assist nurses and doctors during medical procedures and examinations. 4.Patient Observation: Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff. 5.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. 6.Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean and sanitized. 7.Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, addressing their concerns and needs.
1.Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program is preferred. 2.Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not required. 3.Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. 4.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients as needed. Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. 5.Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
