We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Contract nature: One Year renewable depending on performance and availability of budget.
1.Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently. 2.Reservations Management: Manage reservations, both online and via phone, ensuring accuracy and confirming details with guests. 3.Customer Assistance: Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. 4.Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, process transactions, and manage the cash drawer. 5.Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs and ensure room readiness. 6.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and financial transactions. 7.Safety and Security: Monitor the security of the premises and report any suspicious activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 8.Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
1.Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 2.Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. 3.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace. 4.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
