1.Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assist in strategic planning and decision-making for international employment services. 2.Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for various projects, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 3.Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights. 4.Market Research: Conduct research on international job markets and economic conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks. 5.Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and international financial reporting standards. Advisory Services: Offer financial advice to clients regarding cost of living, taxation, and financial planning in their destination countries. 6.Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible. 7.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as HR and marketing, to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
